Streaming platforms serving East African audiences have to perform well on inconsistent mobile connections while still feeling like a global-grade product—most off-the-shelf solutions weren't built for that trade-off.

We built a fast-loading catalog and playback experience covering movies, series, live TV, and VJ-hosted original content, tuned for East African network conditions, and shipped it to production.
