Challenge
Event planners were juggling vendor discovery, quotes, and payment across chat threads and manual invoices—with no reliable way to verify who they were paying or hold funds safely until a booking was actually fulfilled.
Approach
We designed and built a marketplace with verified vendor onboarding, transparent listings, and secure, escrow-backed bookings, so payment only releases once both sides confirm delivery. Netiva remains the team building and maintaining the platform today.
Result
Venstela is live in production as an ongoing marketplace, with Netiva continuing to ship new vendor, booking, and payments features.
